Here we are at Villa Frae

It has been a long journey to arrive at our Villa Frae as it stands today.  We arrived in Bali from Canada in September of 2013.

After going through all the proper chanels, crossing all our "t's", and dotting all our "i"s, we were the proud owners of a villa in Bali.

We then went on to renovate the property, and found it to be an enlightening experience, and ended up with a beautiful product at the end of the project.

We feel that anyone who decides to buy this property will be getting a great deal, and we can see them enjoying the villa to the fullest.

We had many discussions as to whether or not to completely furnish the villa, as there are pros and cons to both.  What we decided is, that if we were to buy a villa, we would like to decorate it in a style that would suit us, and so that is why the villa is only partially furnished.  Most of the furniture can be moved to the garden, or guest room, or else where, to leave you to furnish it to your own taste.

We truely hope that anyone buying this beautiful villa will be really happy and enjoy all the many benefits that it offers.

What is around Villa Frae

While renovating Villa Frae, we had a chance to look around the surrounding area, only to find that not only was it surrounded by fabulous rice fields, but less than five minutes away we discovered the amazing Tegunungan Falls.  Not far down the road, on the opposite side, to our excitement was an Luwak coffee outlet.  So what is so special about Luwak coffee you ask.  Well it comes from the infamous Civet cat, which eats the coffee beans and in due course expels them, after which they are collected, cleaned and made into the worlds most expensive coffee. Note, it is not that expensive here in Bali... the locals call it "cat-poo'chino"!

A few short minutes from the Villa is the famous Sukawati Art Market, which is always a delight on a tour of Bali.

Ubud, the cultural centre of Bali, is only minutes down the road.  If you miss Ubud, you miss Bali.

Just 20 minutes from Sanur, shopping, beaches, golfing, and swimming.  Lots of exciting one of a kind shops, and restaurants.  Something to please everyone.

There are other attactions, that are fun to explore while living in this area, like the Bali zoo, the bird sanctuary, and the Bali Marine Sarfari Park.  Just a short 10 minutues away are some great surfing beaches.

We will leave you with this, and you can have fun finding the many exciting places hidden away, just waiting to be explored by you.
